If you have an ACM or Aluminium sign that has sign channel bonded to the rear, The universal sign fixing kit is exactly what you need to install the sign to a post. Each strip of channel on the sign will need a universal channel clamp and universal screw band to fix to the post.

The universal screw band is an adjustable fixing band that can be used on posts with a diameter range of 45mm-217mm covering 99% of UK post profiles. The channel clamp is what then connects the sign to band.

How to use a Universal Sign Fixing Kit:

Step 1: Uncoil the universal screw band and feed the flat end through the slots on the channel clamp

Step 2: Slide the universal channel clamp into the rear of the sign channel

Step 3: Hold the sign up to the post and feed the flat end of the band through the screw band housing by lifting the screw head up and away from the band.

Step 4: Pull the band as tight as possible and then push the screw head back towards the band

Step 5: Use a screw driver or electric drill with adapter to tighten the band until it is firmly in position.
