Standard stocked items are dispatched within 1–2 working days on a 24hr courier service across the UK mainland.

Please note: Bulky and oversized items (including posts and channel lengths) may take an extra working day to dispatch due to their size. Free delivery does not apply to these products even when your order exceeds £250.

Custom manufactured items

Items such as edge-polished panels, rad & rail signs, and cut-to-size orders are made to order. Dispatch times vary per product — we'll confirm your expected lead time when you place your order.

Surcharge zones

Some areas of the UK fall outside standard mainland delivery pricing. For postcodes including — but not limited to — those listed below, a separate delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Next-day delivery is not available for these zones.
