We take your scaled vector artwork and produce the cut letters on our 3000 x 2000mm bed CNC machine. Fixing options available on Customised acrylic sign letters include double side (VHB / UHB) tape and stencil or Snapfix / Simplefix locator studs. Our located sign letters come with a paper drilling plan that makes installation fast and efficient. 

3mm, 5mm, 10mm and 19mm PVC Dense Foam (AKA Foamex) Sign Letters 

Available in White and Black our dense PVC foam letters are a lightweight, low-cost option for providing flat cut or “2 ½ D” sign letters. Foam letters are a perfect option for interior office wall letters and custom company logo signs. Also available with double side tape or nylon stud (snapfix / simplefix) locators ready for easy installation to walls and fascias.

Custom Aluminium Composite Sign Letters (aka ACM dibond, alupanel, iribond)

Our 3mm ACM sign lettering is a great alternative to acrylic letters or foam letters. The range of colours and finishes available include metallic silver & gold as well as brushed metal finishes. If you are looking for a low cost alternative to brushed steel letters then our “brushed silver” acm letters are a great option. Suitable for interior and exterior fixing ACM is brilliant for a number of applications in the sign and display industry.
