This policy explains when and how refunds are issued. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly.

Important — Limitation of Liability Sign Trade Supplies Ltd shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any costs, losses, or expenses arising from labour, installation, machine downtime, production delays, or any other consequential or indirect losses incurred by the customer as a result of an incorrect, delayed, or defective delivery or service provided by us. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the goods supplied. Customers are advised not to book installation, labour, or production time until goods have been received and inspected. |
1. Unwanted Orders
If you have placed an order in error or no longer require the items, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. The following conditions apply to all unwanted order returns:
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Returns must be delivered to our Kent branch within 14 days of reporting the unwanted items.
• Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Important: We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service for all returns. Sign Trade Supplies Ltd cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect all items carefully upon delivery. If any goods are damaged, faulty, or missing from your order, you must report this to us within 30 days of delivery. Where possible, please provide photographic evidence to help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We will arrange collection of the faulty item at no cost to you and dispatch a replacement upon receipt. If you remain dissatisfied following a replacement, a full refund will be offered.

Limitation of liability: In all cases involving damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered goods, our liability is limited solely to the replacement or refund of the affected items. We accept no liability for any labour costs, machine downtime, installation charges, production losses, or any other direct or indirect losses resulting from the receipt of defective or incorrect goods.
3. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
• Consumer customers are entitled to a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
• Business customers (B2B) purchase under our standard trade terms. Refunds are accepted at our discretion in accordance with this policy.
