Most conversion services and stock profiles carry no minimum order quantity. We're set up to serve trade customers of all sizes — from sole traders to large contractors. Some bespoke services such as custom powder coating or CNC cutting may have small minimum charges; contact us to discuss your requirement.
What are your lead times?
Lead times vary by service. Stock profiles are typically available for prompt despatch. Conversion services such as cutting, drilling and powder coating are usually 3–5 working days. Bespoke extrusion programmes are quoted individually. Contact us for current lead times on your specific requirement.
Are your road signs UKCA and CE certified?
Yes. Our finished road signs are manufactured to BS 873 and TSRGD standards and carry full UKCA/CE certification, making them compliant for use on public highways and private developments across the UK.
What file formats do you need for CNC cutting?
We accept DXF, PDF and EPS files for all CNC cutting work. Our team can advise on the best way to prepare your files and recommend kerf allowances or fold line depths for your chosen material.
Can you powder coat in any RAL colour?
We offer a wide range of standard RAL colours as part of our powder coating service. Custom colour matching is available for larger orders. Please contact our team to discuss your specific colour requirements.
How does the bespoke extrusion programme work?
We work with you to design and engineer your custom profile, manage die production, and hold finished stock in our UK warehouse. You can then call off stock as needed and we'll convert and deliver to your specification. Minimum order quantities apply to the initial die run.
Can I get a sample before committing to a bespoke programme?
Yes — we can often supply sample lengths or trial quantities for evaluation before you commit to a full bespoke programme. Speak to our team about your specific requirement and we'll advise on the best approach.
