How RSJ Sign Clamps Are Used

RSJ clamps are designed to work with sign channel extrusion on the rear of a sign panel, forming a strong clamping system:

1. Insert bolts into the sign channel
   M8 square head bolts slide into the rear channel of the sign panel.
2. Attach the RSJ clamps
   Position the clamp onto each bolt, followed by the washer and Nyloc nut (left loose initially).
3. Position onto the beam
   Offer the sign up to the RSJ and rotate each clamp so it hooks securely behind the flange.
4. Tighten to secure
   Gradually tighten all fixings evenly to clamp the sign firmly in place.

This method creates a tight, evenly distributed grip on the beam, ensuring the sign remains stable and level.
