Installation Made Easy
The KOPA system was designed by sign makers, for sign makers — assembly is genuinely fast and requires no specialist tools:
Set the posts — Concrete or bolt-down the aluminium posts into prepared groundworks at the required centres.
Fit the frame profiles — Slot the horizontal frame sections into the posts and secure with the supplied fixings.
Slide in the panel — The 3mm graphic panel slides cleanly into the profile channel.
Bond the rear (if double-sided) — Apply the high-performance bonding tape and press the second panel into place.
Final check — Level, tighten, and you're done.
Tools required: Rubber mallet, 8mm Allen key, pozi screwdriver. That's it — no welding, no riveting, no specialist kit.
Typical install time: A standard single-panel KOPA sign can be assembled on site in well under 30 minutes by a two-person team, once the posts are set.
