A simple and effective solution for post mounted signage, our 3mm aluminium composite & 2.5mm solid aluminium panels are suitable for exterior installation and have a variety of face finishes to choose from. Choose your channel size, colour and fixing method.
Structural bonding tape or flush rivet channels?
Structural bonding tape provides many benefits when fabricating post & panel signage:
- Graphics can be applied to flat panels before channel bonding.
- Removes any evidence of fixing method from sign face
- Rivets provide weaker points and can pull through on impact
Flush rivets are ideal for solid aluminium panels and also larger signs being installed in exposed areas.
Instructions for taped channel application
- Apply your print or graphics to the flat panel
- Ensure the reverse of the sign is clean and dust free
- Remove the red tape liner from the channel.
- Apply the taped channel to the marked areas.
- Leave sign for 24 hours before installing
