Small Sign Channel With Bonding Tape

Small Sign Channel with Structural Bonding Tape applied is an aluminium extrusion designed to be bonded to the reverse of aluminium or aluminium composite (ACM) sign blanks. The channel allows the blanks to be fixed to sign posts, railings or uprights without the need to fix through the face of the sign.

Structural Bonding Tape Application

We apply the the structural bonding tape in-house using 4 important steps:

1. The small sign channel is cut to the desired length
2. Stykra EXT cleaner is used to degrease and prepare the extrusion
3. A thin layer of Stykra EXT primer is applied to ensure maximum bond strength
4.  Stykra 700 Structural bonding tape is applied with even pressure
