Sign Trade Supplies is Moving!
December 2022 is going to be a very exciting month for Sign Trade Supplies, We are moving our business premises to a 21,000+ SQ/FT location in the middle of the Sittingbourne Industrial Area.
Unit D5 Bonham drive is our end destination which is ready for us to provide more products, better stock holding and faster order processing! We are eager to make our service even better with our new capabilities.
We are committed to upholding a great service level to all of our customers during our move and have no plans to pause our ability to accept orders.
Orders placed between the 8th - 18th December will be processed and fulfilled as quickly as possible, with an estimated delivery date made clear at the time of order. Our main aim is to keep the supply of materials flowing to support our customers throughout the time of relocation and keeping this as convenient at possible.

December 8th - CNC Begins the move
The big move kicks off with recommisioning our CNC router on Thursday December 8th. During the day the machine will be decomissioned, moved to the new site and recommissioned. This will mean our turnaround time on CNC & Standard sheeting cutting will extended by 1-3 days whilst our engineers get the machine settled into its new environment.
December 10-12th - Workshop on the way
Between Saturday the 10th and Monday 12th our whole workshop operation will be moved and set up. This will include the rest of our material conversion machines such as: Streibig wall saw, Bolhoff riveter, flame and diamond polishers etc. We expect this to be fully operational by Tuesday 13th to continue processing orders and getting them out to our customers
December 13th-15th - Stock Move
Tuesday 13th December starts our relocation of all the remaining stock at our Maidstone depot. This includes vinyl, accessories, fixings, remaining sheets and any aluminium profiles. During this period we will be keeping our customers informed of the estimated delivery dates of the orders coming in and also where and when to collect orders.
December 16th - Goodbye Maidstone
Friday the 16th is our very last day at the Maidstone premises, we will pack up our office equipment and say our goodbyes to our old building and have the offices re-assembled over the weekend.
December 19th - All operations GO
Monday 19th is the first day at the new sittingbourne unit. All operations will be running from the office to the warehouse. We can't wait to get settled in ready for a well deserved rest of the Christmas Period!
