Sign Trade Supplies offers a range of CNC cutting services to suit the sign and construction industry. Our in-house manufacturing team run a large format CNC router capable of accepting sheeting up to 3050 x 2030mm with a maximum depth of 50mm . The CNC router coupled with our diamond polisher and 4000 x 2000mm wall saw allow us to acheive accurate cutting and polishing of Acrylic substrates as well as a host of other materials. This is brilliant for creating bespoke sign letters, aluminium composite trays, edge polished acrylic plaques and custom logos.

Perspex Acrylic Letters

As an official perspex supplier we are able to offer flat cut letters in any standard stock perspex colour in 5mm thickness. Fixing options available on customised acrylic sign letters include double side (VHB / UHB) tape and stencil or Snapfix / Simplefix locator studs. Our located sign letters come with a paper drilling plan that makes installation fast and efficient. Aswell as the standard 5mm thick acrylic letters we also have the ability to produce 10mm acrylic letters in white, black and Opal acrylic.

ACM (Aluminium composite) Letters (aka ACM dibond, alupanel, iribond)

Our 3mm ACM sign lettering is a great alternative to acrylic letters or foam letters. The range of colours and finishes available include metallic silver & gold as well as brushed metal finishes. If you are looking for a low cost alternative to brushed steel letters then our “brushed silver” acm letters are a great option. Suitable for interior and exterior fixing ACM is brilliant for a number of applications in the sign and display industry.

Dense Foam Letters 

Available in White and Black our dense PVC foam letters are a lightweight, low-cost option for providing flat cut or “2 ½ D” sign letters. Foam letters are a perfect option for interior office wall letters and custom company logo signs. Also available with double side tape or nylon stud (snapfix / simplefix) locators ready for easy installation to walls and fascias. Foam letters are available 3mm, 5mm , 10mm and 19mm thickness which can really help produce a high impact display.
